Brain Foods

It's well known that certain foods are packed with nutrients that aid in brain function. It's amazing that armed with this knowledge some people still choose to feed their children things that are known to be harmful. We decided to put together a list of the best and worst brain foods for parents with small children. For those of us with children dependent on us for their meals it's even more important that we feed them the right foods to help with their developement. It's a small thing to do with a lasting benefit, so why not start with these great foods!

*Obviously, most parents would never consider giving their children alcohol or nicotine, but the choices we make certainly affect the message our children receive from us so use alcohol responsibly and never smoke in your home.
